ya mine keeps blowing cold air too!!! it gets really annoying in the winter and the only way to stop it is if ya turn the fan so it sucks the inside air and not the outside!!!

    That's why I fixed mine

It helps to re-circulate hot air but you still can't direct cold air to your feet or face properly

i hate it... its not as bad because you dont use it in the summer but in the winter when you defog the front window its a bitch because you get ice cold air into your face... how do you make the rubber strips??

Car/bicycle tube & sharp scissors, it's a doddle and should never wear out

just glue them on then?? do you need to do the sides of the vents aswell or is it just the tops??? and is there any thread on removing the dash?

Sounds like your heater control panel is out. Read the heater sticky for the fix.

No, I didn't glue the rubbers as they didn't need it,
just keep scrolling to the conclusion - added the link as well

Yeah Rick, it could also be heater flaps not closing or a blocked heater radiator
which needs to be blown out with a hose every now and then as the pipes sit on top
Remove both pipes and the wire from the valve, check the valve is moving freely, if it's
stuck you will also not get fully heated water to the dash.

Then take a hosepipe and blast the radiator from both directions several times - you'll
be amazed what comes out! If your car has the oil cooler mounted under the oil filter,
you'll need to do the same there as well as it's also a sand-trap.

All 4 of my ST162's have had issues with the dash vents, heater flaps, heater radiator,
heater valve - so I know this article is important to all of us

That's because your seals are lying all over your carpets :(
All 4 of my cars had/have the same problem
