and guess what it's freaking perfect. i did not have to change a thing. front 65% rear 35% drivers side 51% pass side 49% drivers corner 51% pass corner 49% stipulations: 1/2 tank plus gas (i don't think this will throw off anything but front/rear due to be centered in front of the rear axle line (yay FWD)) I was in the car (so it's balanced in race trim so to speak) this is great news for guys who are into the autoX and such. my SCCA friend and fellow old school guru Pat was the one who did the balance and owns the equipment for it. car weighed in at 2720lbs. i was amazed that Nemesis was built so freaking well! He noted 2 things: DON'T change anything, ever and BUILD him one N/A, ROFL.
it sorta depends on what you use the car for... the more weight you move to the back the less weight is on the front tires (aka the tires that are driving the car and steering the car) and so you wont have as much traction under hard acceleration since all the weight shifts back anyways.
lol..plzzz, for us n/a 3sge owners..Even if you swapped in a 2nd gen, I highly doubt we have enough power to make that theory worth our while..I'd be happy with 130 to the wheels..Maf has a 230 hp motor and thats at the wheels so... Its prolly more benificial for him..You got a LSD maf?
brogan's seen the 130hp figure. using a gen1... but he's about to drop in a gen2 so we'll see how that goes !!
I saw the photo journal for your build up AFTER I asked that, Indeed I don't think there is any other st162 that is less stock then your own. I was really impressed with all of the work you put into it. Its like THE ultimate fwd 4th gen. I can't remember, and was curious, do you use an lsd? thanks.
