any chance that the 4g and 5g have the same passenger front control arm? mine's a little...out of shape now and I'm low on money.

ok so they're different. I went and ordered a new one from Toyota and picked it up today. Now will changing my control arm/swaybar endlink make it so that I need an alignment? nothing adjustable is being touched so I'm not sure. Or is it a good idea anyways since I hit a curb.

Right on the money with that one. And if you bent that control arm you must have hit that curb pretty hard because those things are tuff. So an alignment would be a good idea.

I hit the curb which pressed through the low pro tire into the rim, which bent a little then passed the pressure on to the control arm, bending the end of it. I'll have some pictures up once I'm done the repairs tomorrow.

control arm bracket is mint, strut housing as in what? the bottom end? cause that's all fine. the winter tires are on it now, took it to air them up and the wheel is at 45 degrees to go straight, alignment time tomorrow or tuesday.
