I check my coil today, and for a reading of .2 between the + and - and 12 between the + and output. The Haynes manual is loaded with typos in this section so i dont know what i should be getting. it says between .4 and .5 and then dosnt have a value for the second reading. is .2 vs .4-.5 gonna cause problems?
would my primary reading of .2 be grounds to find a new one? are the coils the same between 3sfe's at other toyotas? How would a value of .2 cause the coil to function?
