Well do you guys know of any good clutch's out there? all i know are Exedy, Fidanza and Clutchmaster and I'll be also getting a flywheel/pressure plate since I'm pretty sure they haven't been changed out yet. As Posted this on my page.

i got my 6-puck with the pressure plate (sachs) for like $250 through rockauto.com. its rad!

-remember there are very few actual manufaturers of clutches (really like 3 or 4). most of the ones you see on import sites just have a repainted pressure plate and are double the price. i found one site (a big one) selling the same clutch i bought with a blue plate for $600. it even had the sachs p/n stickers still on it in the picture. more $ does not equal more performance on these.

-some "heavy truck" like semi truck places have the ability to reface clutches (common on truck clutches and brakes). i had steel backed kevlar plates put on 09's stock disk for $80 bucks. pretty sure the stock plate wasnt heavy enough though as it did slip a bit, but took abuse very well. when my 6-puck goes ill have it re-faced with kevlar since i have a heavier plate now. they can also do ceramic if they can find the plates for it. the can make anything kevlar since they can cut/drill it, but they have to find the correct plates for ceramic. check out the import sites prices on those. :byodood im half tempted to start my own clutch re-painting buisness. :cheers

I use a Centerforce Dual-friction! I have had good luck, I've dumped the clutch at the track at 7500rpm w/ nitrous, and it hold strong, and has a very easy pedal!

I have run 4 puck non-sprung clutches before, let me know how you like the Sachs unit, the price is definately right. I'm just trying to decide on flywheels now, lightened OEM or aluminum after market, just can't make up my mind!!

i have no complaints about my setup. fidanza flywheel, competition 2800lb pressure plate, competition 6 puck unsprung. not the easiest thing to drive but it holds the power. my tires on the other hand...
