Does anyone know of a quick way to remove the chassis seam sealer stuff inside the car? It's like Bondo. A screwdriver works but is taking too long. I'm looking for some (probably hazardous) chemical stripper idea.

I'm going to stitch weld the seams and need to clean up some of the surfaces first.

Im not sure if this will work, but it does for the sound dendaning material... Dry ice....

    Well I did say hazardous, didn't I?

Actually chemical paint remover is doing a decent job.

Sinple fix... Strip all the interior, exterior parts, including the engine, and set it ablaze... lol ;) That always works... Have you ever seen how fast a car with sound deadening, burns?

The interior pretty much is stripped including the sound deadener. There wouldn't be anything to burn (but I'll keep that idea in mind :D). I did think about trying a propane torch to see if it could be softened, but the screw driver is working. It's not really that thick.

I was kidding... lol But yeah, a small pocket torch would work great... Heat up the filler a bit, and soften it up a little. It should come up like bubble gum on a hot slab of cement! :)
