i current own a 88 alltrac and i didn't change anything on the outside because i love the way this car look. But interior is not that greatest looking to me. i think toyota was about fucntion before design. Which lead to my question my sis own a tc and my bestfriend own a is300. do you think the is300 interior or tc interior will work in my car? i know custom brackets is going to be made!!! I am still doing research on it but i can't find more info on that is300 full dash

    :D jeff

It will be more work than it is worth. The interior of the car may look dated, but if you put a modern looking dash cover its going to dick up the whole style of the interior. Sure if your looking for that super custom boy racer feel than go ahead. But the materials and textures on the is300 will not match the rest of the interior, nor the styling of the exterior. Maybe something more era specific will look nicer, mr2, supra from the late 80's. You can also modify your dash to suit your driving preference.

I modified the center section where the radio goes to suit my preference. So removed the extra DIN slot and added gauges.

    just a thought.

Do you have any pictures of the dash you want to do? another thing is the part where the dash meets the doorpanel must be perfect !

Maybe this will give you some ideas.
I think one of the best things I did to modernize my car was to change the lights. full led converison for the interior(cluster, heater control, door locks etc.) full leds outside (side markers tails, and some nicer bulbs in the headlamps.)

i was looking at a 88 toyota supra and it is almost the same look. i think i am going to stick with the same dash just repaint all black or maybe a blue and white. and i love what you did with the gauges thats hot
