To answer your clutch question, I think clutch industries is either a subsidy of Exedy or PBR, I can't remember but I did get told once before. I had there heavy duty kit in my old red celica and I was very happy with it. Nice pedal feel and it had no trouble with the modest power I had at the time, never had any issues with the clutch. Note, however I don't do burnouts or side-step clutches, if you do that your going to have more trouble than just your clutch life. I'd stay away from the 19s, not only would it scrub like a MOFO it would ride like shit, and would be instant defect material considering that 16s are the only legal size you can fit in NSW without an engineers certificate. I'd stick to 17s or even 16s look well proportioned on 162s IMO, but then again I value handling and ride comfort over bling. Next time your at the wreckers too I'd look for the factory plastic lower lip spoiler, it would your car look lower and nicer IMO
I have been looking for the front lip for ages!! i cant find one anywhere, i even offered some guy $50 if i could take it from hes car lol. Do you have a spare one? i would drive there to get it lol. PBR actually changed their name to Clutch industires, it says that on the box i got my clutch in. people seem to be more familiar with PBR. The new clutch does have a good feel to it but it is not as hard to push down, sort of pushes in really smoothly, but the operation is excellent. nah, i dont and im not going to be doing any burnouts, unless i accidently get a little wheelspin from a quick takeoff lol. On the weekend i saw at a VW parts shop, some VW 17 inch rims from a mk4 golf i can get for $800 with 50% falken tires, offset is 38 so should fit, just not sure if they are 5x100 or not. Yeah i have actually been leaning towards 17 inches instead lately, because of the legality, speedo and smoothness issues, lol.
