so i finally broke my drivers chair, not sure what happened but it stopped latching up, its stuck way to gangsta for me......it was kinda leaning for a long time but it still worked up and down....a heard a loud click and then the seat went back....it will latch down but not up....anyone have any ideas what to look for when i pull the seat or is it fixable or just toast......their the gt-s style.
i got awd seats in the vert that mafix gave me, just had to switch back inner legs with old seats measure to make sure, ended up get 3 holes right on each seat and just rigging the 4th hole
a big point is i have black cloth interior....i wanna save this if i can due to the hard part of finding a replacement
more in likely not toast just the mechanism needs to be replaced, Ive never broke one before, but Im sure once you open it up and take it out, it will be obvious
I changed them over, you just need the innerworks. It's a bit of work but very rewarding, put in a bit of new foam as the drivers seat seems to wear more in "fatness".
