Brake fluid container 4th generation question.

    Hello, i bought my self a 1986 celica gt 110kw just yesterday and the breaking didn't work.

    So my question is, since the container doesn't have a "min - max" meter on it, how much brake fluid do i put in?
    Also there was a weird plastic thing inside the container.
