Hey guys it's been a while since I have been on here. A lot has changed, moved to Florida, bought a Saab (been modding that too). I have an 88 gt-s hatchback that I had picked up several years ago for only $600. Came with a bum motor and wonky transmission. Rebuilt the motor got it running right, but since I had never needed to drive the car anywhere it has just sat. I recently came upon a steal of a deal on a beams red top and after reading several build threads on mr2 forums based on beams red tops decided that would be the route I'd go with this celi. I had been saving for an ecu install and tune on my other turbo build, but I think the hatchback makes for a better investment. The body is straight and paint is still good. AC still works, abs and cruise control, and leather seats too. Pictures to come soon as I actually start to dig into the engine and replace internals with updated parts (eagle h-beam rods, wiseco forged Pistons, ACL race bearings, arp rod bolts, head studs, bc valve springs and titanium retainers).
loving the fact that the swap comes with the factory lsd s54 with updated syncros.
