    Awesome-Trac Project "custom privacy hatch cover"

    Hello everyone, ive been checking out this site for some time and thought its time to join.

    -Name: Daniel
    -Location: Norcal
    -Vehicles:
    1988 Celica AllTrac "white" sold
    1988 Celica AllTrac "black" NEW PROJECT
    1990 Corolla DX 4DR "sky blue" Totalled by my Brother :(
    1990 Celica GT-S "sky blue" my DD

    So heres my project Thread:
    I bought this car about Six months ago from a guy on Alltrac.net for about 850.00. The car needed work like the trans and clutch replacement so i took upon myself to save this car from dying a slow and painful death just sitting there and being ignored.

    Thank you guys, next step for me is to find to vented corner tail lights and the jdm front corner lights :)
    Just a quick question what do they mean by pre-facelift body?

    thank you guys :D next step is to find some vented corner tail lights and jdm front corners
    quick question if anyone can answer, what do they mean by pre-facelift bodys?

    yellow film! most of the "jdm yellow" lights that you know are supposed to be just clear are usually just filmed over

    now that you mention it that wouldnt suprise me. i think the only reason we dont get amber fogs in the states is that thier illegal in some states but not all. maybe thier just legal everywhere in japan?

    pre/-post facelift
    86-87 is pre facelift
    88-89 is post facelift

    does not apply to All Trac's only GT/GTS
    minor diferences to front grill & headlights
    different rims
    for hatchbacks rear wiper is at a different angle
    different heater controls
    cruise control power switch is at different locations
    different fuel injectors

    ok so i had time to kill before work and ive been working on this for awhile. I know finding a privacy hatch for these cars are like finding money in your backyard, "ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN"
    So i decided to make my own because im getting tired of hearing all the noise from the trunk

    thank you but as of right now tomorrow will be the first day ill test it out regarding noise, hopefully it will be like my GTS which the hatch helps cover all the noise

    Yep, those corners are 1 piece :). I have the grill but no corners anymore. You want the euro/jdm or usdm spec corners?
