Hi, anyone know where this rca connector goes, or if it is even part of the seat itself? I toom the driver seats out and found this rca connector with the female end unplugged...
I've never seen an RCA plug used anywhere outside of audio and video applications, so I would hazard a guess and say that it isn't anything to do with your seat, someone probably had an amplifier mounted under the seat. You find some weird shit in 25-year-old cars, mine had a battery hidden under the dash next to the ECU that wasn't connected to anything:
i guess it is insignificant at this stage since it does nto affect anything in my car's driveability...
