Friend has an '88 GT celi, dumass broke the filterbox, trying to tighten the ring that goes around the rubber thing... if it doesnt make sence, it doesnt really matter, but he needs either an aftermarket filter, his maf, is good, but wat can he use to bolt on to the maf? does he need an adapter?

if your looking for a quick one just get a cheap one, that one is K&N and will cost like $30 more than one that will work for him

Well yeah, if you wanna go K&N go for that, I'm just putting in a cheap filter myself so all I'm buying is the adapter.

turns out he's buying this one, any special modifications he has to make to get this working? or would it just be a simple swap, bolt the adapter, and filter?
