Will they work on our 4th gens? I am looking to lower my car some more. But the biggest drop that i have seen is 1.75 thru intrax, but i found some dropzone springs that will drop 2.5. What do you guys thinK? anythign helps guys.
I won't say if they work or not, I'm not sure. But a 2.5" drop seems like a lot. I don't think it would be pratical for daily driving and it would likely rub going over bumps. I had the ground control springs on my race car. With the stock tires on, it was quite a drop. I couldn't run zero offset rims like I wanted. The rear fender lip rubbed on the tire even after it was hammered back. FIY progressive springs aren't good for racing.
Yeah i got to think bout that last night, That does seem like a big drop.... I would really like to do the coilover conversion instead of doing springs again that way i raise and lower the car when ever i wanted, But really dont feel confortable doing the mode. I think that i would screw it up. Is there anyone that would be willing to do the mode for me if i pay them and i get everything that is needed? What all would I need?
^^same with rye , well lucky me found a set of dobi lowering springs for a 5th gen , drops around 50mm price so far , under 200 (its an auction) if anyone could clarify that they do fit , id def be soo keen ! cheers guys
