Cut and paste from Adrian, not bad for a 3sgte engine! Heres a link to the press release http://www.fensport.co.uk/downloadfiles ... 202mph.pdf and the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DnSwZc8Y48U and some figures 0-60 in 3.15s 0-100 in 6.01s 0-150 in 11.75s 0-200 in 26.17s 0-200 in 1.01 miles 30-130 in 7.41s 1/4 mile 10.7 about 1/2 second down on usual. Not bad considering the damp and wheelspin in first 3 gears And I am racing against this in 2010     help help help
never been a fan of the 7th gen and there ghetto booty. This thing how ever makes me re consider. very impressive reslut. id imagine that thing would be quite a handful around a track though?
Not really with it suspension changed from straight line set up to circuit, it is very well balanced. better weigh distribution than most GT4s and the way the suspension pick up points have been built it really handles. Biggest disadvantage compared to some off the other mega tunner cars in the uk is the transmission. A number now have gone for fully sequential boxes with paddle changes, which makes quick track work a blast.
Very nice. Faster 0-60 than the Mclaren F1, even. I was a little confused with it being a 7th gen Celica, if it was on FWD or not. Says it was a GT-4 though, so I guess the modified it into 4WD, which makes a little more sense for such speeds . Very cool, I wonder what had to go into modifying the engine and all. Something tells me it's not N/A ;-). --Teran
