Assuming you mean indicator lenses and not headlight lenses,

$45 for both and about $30 for postage to the US from here.

Speedo $25.
Gearbox Vent $8
Passenger side window switch $5 (I don't have the surround sorry)
Passenger side lock surround $3 (no metal clips)
Drivers side window switch cluster $8 (broken T throw switch, is that OK?)
Door handles $25 each.


Again, If my prices are a bit silly, tell me because I don't know what everything is worth, just estimating.

I'll take the bits to the post office in a couple days to get exact postage prices and bubblewrap and packaging, so everyone PM your address for postage prices.
