I am using 94-95 Celica adjustable rear lower control arms, you just need to source some square washers from a hardware store and some grade 8.8 or higher 14mm bolts, I want to say they are around 60mm long. I have picture of the conversion, let me try to post them up again.......

Here is what they look like on the car, you can check out more of my build in the Motorsports Section of the Forum under Finally More Mods on My Celica Racecar.......

I actually took a piece of card stock and cut it to fit the strut tower using an old strut top mount. I have them still in the drawer of my work bench, I'll take some pics of them tomorrow evening. Going to an auto-x test-n-tune in the morning and then to a vintage modified circle track event later, so might be late before I can post them up for you.

I had 2 sets made up, since I'm actually building 2 Celica's, but the rear camber sliders were from a universal kit off Ebay, not sure if they're still available. Here is the link from Ebay.....http://www.ebay.com/itm/MK1-Univers...MR2-/380402436867?hash=item5891c08b03&vxp=mtr

Here is a pic of the template I made, it would probably be easier to just send it to you since I have 4 of the actual plates already made. If you have the universal camber plates like I do, the Machine Shop folks can just align the template to those top plates and drill the mounting holes and cut away extra plate material.

PM me your address and I'll send you the template.

Here is what the entire strut assemble looks like off the car, Cusco camber plates and all, this being the fronts......
More mods for the Celica 001.jpg
The one on the left is my final setup with taller/stiffer springs and the brake line support removed, now both front struts are identical.

How are the rear. because thats what I am working on I have Megan Coilovers and they dont have camber plates in the rear I need to get new upper top hats like these

    https://technotoytuning.com/universal/parts/camber-plate-upper-hat-system-use-25-id-springs

    or

    https://technotoytuning.com/universal/parts/conical-upper-hats-coilovers-25-id-springs-22mm-center

I see you have ones similar. would I make them the same as the fronts???? because on schematic the upper part on the rear look totally different???

    thanks

My rear struts are almost the exact same, just a different insert, still Koni Sports front and rear. You need these top hats https://technotoytuning.com/universal/parts/conical-upper-hats-coilovers-25-id-springs-22mm-center, the bearing type are not needed with the spherical bearings in the camber plates. The only thing I had to add at both ends was a top spacer under the camber plate and the top coil spring holder, it's yellow in the strut pictures I posted. The other item I had to make was a top nut to locate the strut in the camber plate, you may already have them with your camber plates, I didn't receive any with my kit......

Re-read my last reply, I had to correct myself because I hadn't seen the second link. You do need the conical style top hats, just not the bearing style, especially not on the rear due to no steering required there. The spherical bearing will move with all the suspension movement and angle changes.
