lightweight fiber elements for 4 gen.

    hey

    i plan to make fiberglas elements for 4gen. hood, fenders and dors,

    production will handle my friend with his company autoR, http://www.autor-tuning.com/ ,


    everything will be identical like oem parts, mountings etc.

    i guarantee superior quality , you don't see any diference (with oem)expect weight

    for example how its look i make some pictures of hood and dors for nissan

    How much for a fibreglass hood for the 4th gen and where are you located, very interested as my rusted overwieght stock hood is not so appealing to me. Thanks

    complete set - 2 dors, 2 fenders and hood INCLUDING shiping via UPS to USA cost 900-1200 dollars, depending how many sets wil be sended (more sets - less money)

    i can sell it via ebay/paypal

    weight , for example, hood for e30 stock weight 16kg, fiberglas weight 6,5 kg, carbon weight 7,2 kg

    900 - 1200 sounds good to me.

    I think that the obvious piece to start with would be a :new: rustfree SUNROOF

    about sunroof - if i find somebody with sunroof plate that i can unbolt from car - it is no problem to make it[my celica haven't got sunroof

    So if I were to buy a hood from you guys how much would I be looking at shipping included? Also do you have any other sites where you can provide us with a user review of some kind ?Thanks

    A fiberglass hood with the CS/C vent would be good but the shipping from Poland would be a killer.

    Honestly if you were to put in production fiberglass sunroofs then you would make a ton of cash off of all of us :)

    i am sure everyone can appreciate your interest in making lighter weight products as that is always good..

    But i think we need more. Styling components

    Looks like you will need reinforment bars with those doors.. I would want more then finberglass keeping me in the car....

    BTW nice e30... I own 1. M20b28 Turbo, e36 m3 5 lug brakes etc.. .

    im looking for a sunroof plate to make a form,


    nice bmw ,but i must say something

    nice engine project but wtf m20? get m50 and feel power and realibity , we make 2 e30 m50 turbo on stock ecu [remap] and its really nice, m20 is piece of shit [problem with heads all the time]

    second thing , get all m technik 2 ,

    rally nice bmw 8)
