When I let off of the gas while driving i can feel a clunk coming from the rear Diff area. I really dont have much more information about it...is there a bushing that is bad that needs replaced?
turns out it is a rear diff mount....But I can't find one online anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?
http://gt4-racing.eu/index.php/toyota-celica-st165/rear-subframe-and-rear-diff-top-mounts only thing i can find, check ebay but this is in euros not sure how the payment process would work.
you get a discount when you send your old one in...but it has to be usefull considering the shippingcosts
The rear diff mount is the square shaped object in the picture. Should be the same mount for ST185's & ST205's so you may be able to get one at the stealership. You can re use your old one the same way I made new motor mounts for Dirty Deeds
the stock one is sold already, but the 6061 aluminum one is $115 saw it on "3SGTE Global Parts Exchange" group on facebook also i think there's a groupbuy on at.net for it

That smooth-on brand you had is all I can find...how much does that trial pack that you got have? would I have enough to do the rear diff cushion as well as all 4 subframe bushings back there? and possibly the ones in the front?
This is good stuff and do you lot think it's worth doing engine and other mounts this way ?.................... Hey Dave, I didn't read the product specs but is 70 softer or harder ??
Well considering there are 4 mounts in the rear plus the Diff cushion....AND I want to do the front's I will probably purchase 2 of the trial packs....getting all of my mounts done for $65USD isn't bad at all in my opinion....what is the full cure time on this? I've seen some that are 7 days...that's just too long.
