these are by far the best street tire i have ever bought and come across. great for guys running negative camber. asymetrical design. varying tread compounds. great turning grip. decent straight line grip. i'm more impressed with this tire than i've been with any other. therer are downfalls though. tires that perform as well as these don't last but 20K miles. and these are right on par with that.
Have you had a chance to run these in the rain? I am thinking of useing these as my rains, if I go with NT-01s for my race tires. I still feel like the Toyo RA-1s will be better race tires, but not so sure the Toyo R1R will be a better rain tire! Any thoughts on any of this? racerb :auto
