Of course she overfuels at that time, the ecu does not know you spit out that air so compensates that with fuel. But that's only a fraction of a second so hardly noticable. I use an Original HKS type 1, standard HKS springs. Do yourself a favour and buy genuine shit, many others have ok quality but if you buy genuine you KNOW you ain't bought shit :)

Today I washed and waxed the car inside and outside. I decided after removing all non-oem stickers that I'm done with the car....cosmetic wise that is. All other updates will be performance based, like the koni's I have laying around, the whiteline rear swaybar and such.

Can't believe I'm done cosmetic wise...just want to enjoy the car now and drive it more then an average of 300 miles/year...

That's a very low mileage, your Celica is going to be pampered :D using mine everyday at the moment.

I have always been a fan of no stickers on my cars.

Yeah that's a really low mileage! I put more miles on mine and I live in a different country to my Celica!

As usual, looks stunning and the alloys look great.

Spacers are a good thought, but first need her on the road again... as we're busy now with other things @home it will have to wait probably untill next spring :(

The van however was a long desired car for me, wanted it for about 5 years now but was too expensive untill now !

Do you have the color code for your car m way would you call that color?

the colour code is somewhere in the thread. The car is now in storage as we are in the middle of moving and probable won't get to it untill march or so. So if you can wait? :)

My last move was in 2009, so we stayed 5 whole years lol.

But yes, we are moving towards my wife's birthtown, app 200 km's away from mine. Gonna be a huge difference as in the Southern part of the NL's there is a totally different atmosphere and even local language...but I'll survive and be more central to all car events then before ;).

And yes, we are expecting a little miracle in September :) Very happy with it !!

Looking gorgeous as ever Roy, your photography skills are superb too. I still find it difficult to get that "perfect" shot.

"disaster" has come down on my poor car....when parking it in the garage a few weeks ago...the wall was somewhat closer than I thought and I damaged the bumper and wing...plus a bit of the wheel :(...

I was devastated because I just visited my first meeting in 3 years and had a superday untill I parked it...

Well, some pics of the day and then the damage. It will be fixed in october, thanks to my good Insurance :).

I also recently put in my yellow koni's...what a difference !! The old shockbasorbers where still OEM and 3 out of 4 were bad. So happy me :)

I still need to replace the front topmounts as they are toast and I had no replacement on stock...and after them the allignment has to be doen. I think my cornering will improve then :).

Oh no, you'd think after so many years driving experience, you wouldn't do anything like that but it happens to us all, even I've done it once, the day before a show and I ended up not going. I just wanted it fixed there and then but had to wait. It does not look too bad. Would your insurance go up if you're having it done through them ?

As far as I know Insurance doesn't go up. But I have 90 Euro own risk costs, but that's nothing compared to the damage.

It's a special oldtimer Insurance as its over 25 years and I only drive it <5000kms a year.
