HELP new owner and member- wanting to lower my 4gen! other questions ill post later!

Does anyone have links or brands that carry pretty much anything to lower the car coilovers!! are best and recommended...since I live in Wisconsin where it snows bad!! I like to raise and lower when my states weather snows lol and also wonder if anyone has driver rear quarter panel for cheap mine is rusted out BAD on that side love to save my new gts Celica by the beginning of summer!!! Thank you!
