Changing power steering rack. New rack came with o-rings?

I figure better to ask a stupid question now then find out I made a stupid mistake later.

I'm changing out my PS rack and the manufactured one that I have to replace it came with some cotter pins for the tie rod ends then two sets of little o-rings.

It say they go back on the PS return lines but I don't see any old o-rings on them, or the old rack to switch out. Are these just throw in with all re-manufactured racks, and just extra, or am I missing something?
