   Putting the stock engine back in after a rebuild. Can't figure out where this wirng harness bracket bolts to and what goes to this pre-airbox vaccum point.

   the wiring harness looks like it could be bolted into the top trans>block big bolts, but i'm not sure
   
   the "vacuum" port is actually just for a hose to drain any water to the outside. simply use any appropriate hose to direct the water away from any electronics.
