Trying to get an idea how loud Jasmine will be when I start it without the exhaust and if I should wait until I put the exhaust on (renting house in an HOA right now).
it's going to be LOUD... lol.. when i finished my project and started it without the exhaust, it was pretty loud.. not sure how your neighbors are going to be but as long as you don't rev it, and dont leave it on forever, maybe they'll understand..
