using the wiring diagram from celicatech

Connect the black with red stripe to the black with orange stripe for acc

then touch and hold white to black with white stripe to start?

If Toyota doesn't have the records anymore from the VIN, the key code is also available on the passenger door lock cylinder and hatch/trunk cylinder.

You pretty much have to break off the whole ignition portion of the steering column. Been there done that. I think I still have an extra steering column laying around if you destroy yours.

I highly recommend getting a key from a dealer.

The lock is in a casting which is the main column

I bought a car with the lock busted off thinking I could just replace the lock.
I ended up replacing the whole upper column, I stongly suggest removing the column,
take it to a locksmith & let them make a new key or you'll have to change the dash, door, boot locks too
