Just really to give you a flavour of the event and the cars. The overall winner of the series Jonny Milner, 400bhp+ striped out mad wagon With awesome on the limit driving like this, he is sliding the car in a 3rd gear 70-80mph turn so easily. The 2nd place car, a 550bhp 4x4 corolla. The standard of car prep is very high, some cars inc flat floors and aero tweeks  I cannot match this level of support and pit structure. The variety of cars is just great.
Re: Alwayzsidewayzs last race of the year, some pics. Some cars from my class Very quick ST205, 350bhp stripped out with coilovers and the close ratio rally box, almost un catachable on the short twisty tracks The class runner up car, a stripped out MR2 driven by an ex pro karter, very very quick My main competition for the CCUK championship, a stripped out and cages ST182 with the camry V6 upfront, running a stand alone ecu. Coilovers etc, its a serious car, he has just had the roof down and the sun roof stripped out. A few pics of mine on track for practice to end with. Ready for the off, this is my "pits" lol few tools and spares behind the car. on track in practice wet conditions Finally a funky night shot. Once again thank you all for your support in 2009, and I look forward to even better next year!!!!!!!
Re: Alwayzsidewayzs last race of the year, some pics. Dynamite pics & cars  #37 - is that the Fensport Gen7 GT4 I see? They've started something similar here now but it's open to all and $250 entrance fee, will go have a look-see
Re: Alwayzsidewayzs last race of the year, some pics. no, that's a supercharged fwd 300bhp gen7, soon to be a time attack stripped out full on race car. I am working with the team to aid them with PR, Media and gaining partners for sponsorship etc. The guy driving Lee is damn good, he raced and beat Hamilton etc, but after a full season winning 14 races out of 16 in the zetec fiesta championship, the money ran out and it all went a bit wrong. Its my job to try and get him back on the scene, plus it helps my business too. Glad you like the cars, It is great fun. Next year we will have a Pro car class, the fensport rolla is now sold, and the gen 7 will be out to play, all 780bhp of it, as will hopefully a massive power supra or two and a britcar MR2 roadster. So need to step it up to stay competitive lol Thanks again for all your help and support this year Kevin, really was appreciated.
Re: Alwayzsidewayzs last race of the year, some pics. Least I could do for a mate - You are an inspiration for us all and alwayz helpfull with unbiased advice. I only wish I had your level of diplomancy when answering "difficult" questions ack2 , (sometimes people ask questions when they actually don't want to hear an honest answer!) The promotion and awards speak for themselves - actually, there is a level of honest advice on this site I've never encountered before in motorsport, thanks to all the others as well  bowdown bowdown bowdown bowdown bowdown bowdown bowdown bowdown bowdown bowdown let me know how I can help in future Don't I know how money makes the motorsport wheels go round! Even F/Fiesta was out of my reach It's sad the way the best drivers don't neccessarily make it to the top, you can't do it nowdays without marketing & PR people & a Swiss Bank behind you I think Johnny was running Historics a decade ago with the Minshaws etc? No shortage of moola there. In every level of motorsport there are guys who arrive with pit trailers, pit crews & spare parts. That's life and we just have to find ways to run with them
Re: Alwayzsidewayzs last race of the year, some pics. arent you sposed to put age advisory warnings on porn?
Re: Alwayzsidewayzs last race of the year, some pics. haha Rev.. Classic! Man those pics are unbeatable!! Such a good mix of cars, wish I had something like that to attend around my local area!!
Re: Alwayzsidewayzs last race of the year, some pics. Sorry rev lachtot Next year the cars will be even more extreme, and hopefully we will go to 7 events as well. We in the UK are still very keen on grass routes motorsport, despite our goverment's lack of support and the high insurance costs. I am joining a local motpr clun in the winter, to give me further access to events, I may try and do a road rallt or two., its well worth doing some digging to try and find some events. warning though, once you have the bug, its very addictive. coolgleamA
