That makes my mind up....im not spray painting it glossy...if anything it would be flat.....

I like those square fogs though they go great with the body lines and existing headlights!

I plan on working on the paint some when I have time. I just wanted it a single color before I actually start driving it since we finally sold a car. I'm left borrowing my brother's car for now. I am hoping to start driving it on Thursday. I think this will be my permanent beater/DD/ project with plans to save money and work on the house. But I should be getting another car at the end of the year.

I think the paint turned out fairly well for costing about $25. I was gonna use satin black but that shit was $0.50 more per can.

    It even passed emissions today!!

    Rye-

Those fogs were under $20 from walmart. After I bought a relay and some connectors I spent close to $30. Not bad and the light output is nice and yellow too!

And my car is different shades of black anyway hahah....with some rubberized rockerguard to accent the bottom all the way around....I thank Canadian winters for rusting out my poor celi :(

FYI, those rims are the 6th Gen ones; the 5th Gen ones are fugly.
Looks good for $25, gotta love the low-buck option.
I was thinking of round foggies like the 165 but those rectangular ones look alright too.

    p.s.

way off topic but how good is the gas millage in the aero there? my girlfriend is looking at saabs and i don't know much about them other than some are 5 cyl. and turbos.

  14. Not bad for a rattle can job. What was the original color by chance? Gold?

The original color was kind of a grey/brown. Well, most of it was that color. There was some rust and other lovely shades as well

The aero gets right at 20 mpg in town. On the highway, it will get upwards of 30 of I stay out of the go pedal. I usually see about 26 cruising 80-90.

Maybe I will just start a new thread for the aero.

I had no idea they were 6th gen wheels. I bought them for $175 with tires. After I got them, I looked online and found a 5th get with some just like it.
