Today saddens me to no end My Alltrac was hit in the rear today wile I was on my way to class, what saddens me most is that the car never got its chance to prove itself offroad.. I had even signed up and almost placed my order for dirt tires The cosmetic damage has totaled up to $1600 in addition to frame damage that I cant judge appropriately myself... its such a shame to rust free ST185 killed before its time Bye my wonderful alltrac

you know Letze, If he tries to total the car for idk.. less than 3k, you can fight that. Most insurance companies will let you prove a cars "rarity" by showing them how many are for sale within a 100 mile radius. Find proof of how many 91? alltracs there are and show them that. They may raise the value of the car.
There are only 3-4 Alltracs in our entire state, you should be able to prove that you have a super rare car. Still, that really sucks man, good luck.
o0o0o just read the post. that sux. my 91 rolla sr5 was considered a rare car because it was the lowest trim, and not many are for sale here in sacramento. hella funny. i made 1200 out of that deal and got to keep the car. said the worth of it was 2000 and the damage was over 5000. lady in an 18 passenger van with a freaking bull bar hit my passenger side. all fucked up. i got pictures of it somewhere. hmmm anyways if you can;t save the car at least save the engine. shoot you could make a killing off the insurance money and then sell the engine for about 1500 complete with tranny. shux. that aint too bad. good luck!
I talked to Letze a few weeks ago. The Trac is salvageable, and last I heard it was completely stripped down and was being prepped for body/paint work. Also last I heard he was planning on turning it into a rally beast, lifted suspension and stuff, no more civilian road going.
That sucks, dude! I wish people would learn how to drive. Let me know if you possibly want to sell the engine and tranny, harness and stuff...I might be interested...
