make sure you roll your guards before you put your coilovers on as no droop on coilovers so no guard rolling machine will roll the rears also on the highest setting on ceika coilovers those rims are not going to fit unless serious cutting of the guards is done check my tread as that is the ride height for the highest setting on ceika coilovers
That´s why I bought those fender flares. I´m going for the serious cutting you mentioned. your celica look really good with the coilovers. what´s the tire size on your car?
Ok here are more pictures. I havent actually done anything yet. been hands deep in poop diapers but i got my fender flares and I changed the lug nuts on my new wheels and put red ones on. here are few pictures. my brand new flares and this is what it´s gonna look like. they have to be modified alot to make them fit and also I need to cut alot out of the wheel arches before I install the coilovers. this will probably be my winter project. I´ll keep you guys posted.
Winter has come to Iceland! This last friday the snow was a little bit to deep so I had to leave the celica at home and hitch a ride with my neighbour who has a 4x4. And this is what was waiting for me when I got home from work. celica is on the right and my girlfriends accord is on the left. time to pick up the shovel this is the hole it left It took me over 2 hours to dig up both cars and now sunday mourning I´m going out again cause the accord has completely disapeared again but my celica is still visable.
they are universial and have to be modified to fit my car. hopfully it will be done before next summer. And I´m hoping to have the car painted to, just got to se how deep my wallet is cause painting a car costs ALOT here
wow that snow is CRAZY! on the other hand...the stance is totally coming together. those rims are lined up perfectly to the arches!
600 each!? 0_o Where have you been looking at prices? I see them floating around everywhere all the time for $450 a SET at most! btw, loving how your car is turning out so far blingittoy. Can't wait to see more progress Your car reminds me of this build: http://jsi44.forumactif.fr/t4258p75-celica-lst162-oldschool
thai, the ones i've been looking at are made to my spec. hence the price. that's a lot of snow. i've only been in that much twice as far as cutting the arches...welcome to my world! fun times.
Just got my new daytime running lights so now I don´t always have to use the pop up lights. not the bet pictures, but will do
hmm...I still don't like that modern shit on our cars wasn't it possible to buy fogs and install leds in them?
